Normal Temperature Resistant Needdle Punched Felt
Polyester needle felt is shaped after needle punching, heat setting and other finishing treatment, it is widely used for liquid filtering, industrial dust collecting and gas and dust treatment in normal temperature, however, it can only be used in normal temprature work situation just because polyester fabrics can only work under maximum temperature 130 ℃. Comparing with woven filter cloth, it possesses of more advantages in filtering procedure such as depth filtering, large impurity capacity,long service life. To meet special using requirement of customer, we do different finishing treatment to the surface of the non-woven fabrics.:
1. Calendered and singed treatment to realize dedusting easily and surface filtering efficiency
2. Heat setting treatment to make media stable dimension
3. PTFE membraned to reach samller filtering precision
